Orders below £150 are treated the same way, orders above £150+ are exclusive of UK VAT and this is charged by the courier in your home country.

Returns and Exchanges

Not in love with your purchase? Need a better fit? We have an easy returns and exchanges process. Keep the tags attached and we'll sort the rest. We don't cover the postage for returns but exchanges are FREE!

Please note - outlet items are only available for exchange or refund to a gift card

What is your returns policy?

To be eligible for a refund, clothing must be unworn, unmarked and returned in the original packaging and tags attached. 

Our returns policy is 30 days from receiving your goods. If 30 days have past since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Sale Items (these are refunded onto an e gift card)

Please note we reserve the right to make a deduction or return the item if clothing is returned with make up / tanning products / perfume marks. Please return items in an unworn/unwashed, resalable condition to avoid deductions/returns. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service. We cannot take responsibility for lost returned parcels.

Are Returns Free?

Unfortunately at this time returns are not free, we include a prepaid postage label in your order and deduct £3.95 from your refund if you use this postage service.

Exchanging items however is free of charge once only!

Can i order 2 items to try for size?

Yes! We offer free exchanges if you are unsure of your size. Order 2 items of the same or similar product in different sizes and return the wrong size to us for free! No need to exchange the wrong size for a whole new product!

Please note all items return a £3.95 charge is still deducted from your refund.

Exchange Information

To be eligible for an exchange, clothing must be unworn, unmarked and returned in the original packaging and tags attached. 

We can provide exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. If you need to exchange an item please use the included form within your parcel and send back the item to us using the included shipping label.

We offer FREE exchanges using this method. To qualify for an exchange - items must be unworn, within original packaging and tags attached to be accepted for exchange. Please include the items and size you require exchanging to, if there is an increase in the order total a payment link will be emailed to you.

How do I ship my order back to you?

Place the item back within its original packaging and reseal the shipping bag.

Please use the included shipping label within your parcel, £3.95 is deducted from your refund for using this label, exchanges are free of charge!

You can arrange a collection from just 60p from your home/work address via Royal Mail's Collection Service https://send.royalmail.com/collect/youritems No shipping label in your parcel? Send us an email with your order number and we can send one over.

Faulty Items

If you believe an item is faulty please email info@blackfortequestrian.com please attach pictures and include your order number if you can. We will investigate and come back to you with a resolution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval of your refund. Please note shipping costs are non refundable. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@blackfortequestrian.com

Frequently asked questions?

My parcel hasn't arrived?

If your parcel hasn't arrived after 5 full working days (Mon-Fri) please email us at info@blackfortequestrian.com so we can start our investigations. We use a traceable shipping service and we will do everything we can to secure details on the lost parcel. 

We ask during this time you are patient as these investigations can sometimes take up to 14 days, however rarely this long. We will endeavour to provide support and updates during this time to secure the location of your parcel.

Brexit & Customs

From the 1st of January 2021, the UK will leave the EU. What does this mean?  For our worldwide customers, who are not part of the EU, everything will remain the same. For our customers who are part of the EU – orders will now be subject to tax and duty charges. This is included at checkout. My parcel is saying delivered but I cannot locate it?

We use Royal Mail tracked services. Royal Mail will now deliver and leave in a designated safe place. Please check all areas, we cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen parcels if Royal Mail has scanned the parcel at your GPS location and attached a delivery photo.

Please try to ask your local delivery person first before contacting us.
