Express delivery is not available to Scottish Islands / Highlands.

Will my item be left in a safe place?

Royal Mail now offers leave in a Safe Place, it is automatically assumed Royal Mail can leave your parcel in a Safe Place. If you wish for your parcel not to be left in a safe please email us before or within 30 minutes of ordering so we can opt you out of your parcel being left.

Please note we do not accept any responsibility for parcels lost or stolen due to being left in a Safe Place. We can attempt to raise a claim with Royal Mail in certain circumstances and we will be able to refund/resend your parcel if this is accepted.

We've partnered with our couriers to provide DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) to avoid surprises. Taxes and duties, if applicable, are shown at checkout.

We don't cover the postage for returns but exchanges are FREE!

What is your returns policy?

To be eligible for a refund, clothing must be unworn, unmarked and returned in the original packaging and tags attached. 

Our returns policy is 28 days from receiving your goods. If 28 days have past since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note we reserve the right to make a deduction or return the item if clothing is returned with make up / tanning products / perfume marks. Please return items in an unworn/unwashed, resalable condition to avoid deductions/returns. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over £150, you should consider using a traceable shipping service. We cannot take responsibility for lost returned parcels.

Are Returns Free?

Unfortunately at this time returns are not free, we deduct £3.95 from your refund if you use our returns portal postage service.

Exchanging items however is free of charge once only!

Can i order 2 items to try for size?

Yes! We offer free exchanges if you are unsure of your size. Order 2 items of the same product in different sizes and return the wrong size to us for free! No need to exchange the wrong size for a whole new product!

Please note if all the items are then returned a £3.95 charge is still deducted from your refund.

How do I ship my order back to you?

Place the item back within its original packaging and reseal the shipping bag.

Use our returns portal to generate a shipping label.

You can take the item to your local post office or you can arrange a collection from just 60p from your home/work address via Royal Mail's Collection Service https://send.royalmail.com/collect/youritems

Faulty Items

If you believe an item is faulty please email info@blackfortequestrian.com please attach pictures and include your order number if you can. We will investigate and come back to you with a resolution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval of your refund. Please note shipping costs are non refundable. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@blackfortequestrian.com

My parcel hasn't arrived?

If your parcel hasn't arrived after 5 full working days (Mon-Fri) please email us at info@blackfortequestrian.com so we can start our investigations. We use a traceable shipping service and we will do everything we can to secure details on the lost parcel. 

We ask during this time you are patient as these investigations can sometimes take up to 14 days, however rarely this long. We will endeavour to provide support and updates during this time to secure the location of your parcel.

Brexit & Customs

From the 1st of January 2021, the UK will leave the EU. What does this mean?  For our worldwide customers, who are not part of the EU, everything will remain the same. For our customers who are part of the EU – orders will now be subject to tax and duty charges. This is included at checkout. My parcel is saying delivered but I cannot locate it?

We use Royal Mail tracked services. Royal Mail will now deliver and leave in a designated safe place. Please check all areas, we cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen parcels if Royal Mail has scanned the parcel at your GPS location and attached a delivery photo.

Please try to ask your local delivery person first before contacting us.
