1. What is the Loyalty Programme?
Our Loyalty Programme is our way of saying thank you! You can earn points every time you shop, and then redeem them for exclusive discounts.
2. How do I join?
Simply create an account on our website through the pop up rewards banner, it’s completely free. Once you’re signed in, you’ll automatically start earning points on eligible purchases.

4. How do I redeem my points?
When you have enough points, log into your account and visit the “Redeem” section. You can use the slide to select how many points you wish to redeem, which will generate a discount code to use at checkout.
5. Do my points expire?
Yes, points expire after 12 months of no account activity. Account activity means earning or redeeming points.
6. Can I use my points with other discounts or offers?
In most cases, loyalty rewards can’t be combined with other discount codes, unless stated otherwise during a promotion.
7. What happens if I return an order?
If you return an order, the points you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance. If you redeemed points for that purchase, those points will be returned to your account once your return is processed.
8. Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
Nope! The more you shop and engage, the more you can earn.
9. Can I transfer points to someone else?
Sorry, points can only be used by the account holder who earned them.
10. Can the Loyalty Programme change?
Yes, we may update the ways you can earn/redeem points, or adjust rewards. We’ll always update our Loyalty page so you can see the latest details.
11. How much can I redeem my points for?
100 points can be redeemed for a £1 coupon through your customer account. This has no other monetary value.
12. Will points be available during sale periods?
We reserve the right to suspend the Loyalty Programme during sale events and Black Friday events. We reserve the amount of points available per purchase during sale events.

1. Eligibility
1.1 The Loyalty Programme (“Programme”) is open to customers with a valid account on our Shopify store.
1.2 Businesses, resellers, and wholesale customers are not eligible to participate.
1.3 The Program is void where prohibited by law.
2. Earning Points
2.1 Points (“Blackfort Points”) are earned through eligible purchases and activities as outlined on the loyalty page.
2.2 Points are calculated on the order subtotal (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts).
2.3 Points will be credited once payment is confirmed. Returns, cancellations, or chargebacks will result in points being deducted.
3. Redeeming Points
3.1 Points can be redeemed for coupons and rewards as listed in the Programme.
3.2 Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
3.3 Minimum point balances may be required for redemption.
4. Expiry & Forfeiture
4.1 Points expire after 12 months of inactivity.
4.2 Closing your account or breaching these Terms will result in forfeiture of all points.
5. Changes & Termination
5.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time without notice.
5.2 Any changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately.
6. Fraud & Misuse
6.1 Any fraudulent activity, abuse of the Program, or violation of these Terms may result in your account being suspended or terminated, and points voided.
6.2 We reserve the right to review and investigate all activities and to suspend accounts deemed suspicious.
7. General
7.1 Participation in the Programme indicates acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
7.2 The Programme is governed by the laws of United Kingdom
