Yes. For our international customers we remove UK VAT at checkout, this is then collected in your delivering country by your courier. Rest assured you are not paying taxes twice as 20% UK VAT is removed from your purchase. Purchases above €150 will also require duties payment.
If you choose to not pay your customs charges our delivery courier will return this item back to us, please be aware this can take 14-21 days and we are unable to refund your order until it is back with us. We can only refund the items purchased not the shipping cost. An admin charge of £5 also applies to orders returned due to unpaid custom charges.

If your international parcel hasn't arrived after 15 full working days (Mon-Fri) please email us at info@blackfortequestrian.com so we can start our investigations. We use a traceable shipping service and we will do everything we can to secure details on the lost parcel.
We ask during this time you are patient as these investigations can sometimes take up to 14 days, however rarely this long. We will endeavour to provide support and updates during this time to secure the location of your parcel.
From the 1st of January 2021, the UK will leave the EU. What does this mean? For our worldwide customers, who are not part of the EU, everything will remain the same. For our customers who are part of the EU – orders will now be subject to tax and duty charges. If you have any queries, please contact us at info@blackfortequestrian.com.
How much tax and duty will I pay?
Tax and duty is charged on order value. De minimis value is the amount you can spend before receiving tax and duty charges. De minimis value varies from country to country, it is recommended to check what this value is with your local tax office. Before delivery, customs/your courier will contact you to pay these charges. You will not receive your order without paying these charges. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

Our returns policy is 30 days from receiving your goods. If 30 days have past since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note we reserve the right to make a deduction or return the item if clothing is returned with make up / tanning products / perfume marks. Please return items in an unworn/unwashed, resalable condition to avoid deductions/returns.

To be eligible for an exchange, clothing must be unworn, unmarked and returned in the original packaging and tags attached.
We can provide exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. If you need to exchange an item please use the included form within your parcel and send back the item to us.
International Exchanges are currently at your cost. To qualify for an exchange - items must be unworn, within original packaging and tags attached to be accepted for exchange. Please include the items and size you require exchanging to, if there is an increase in the order total a payment link will be emailed to you.

If you believe an item is faulty please email info@blackfortequestrian.com please attach pictures and include your order number if you can. We will investigate and come back to you with a resolution.
We are not liable for any customs/duty charges, when sending a return, you must clearly state on the parcel ‘UK Return – All Tax & Duties Paid’ – Should we receive a return, where this information has not been made clear and taxes & duties have been charged, we will not accept the return and it will be the customers responsibility to clear these charges.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval of your refund. Please note shipping costs are non refundable. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@blackfortequestrian.com
